All purchases made by persons under the age of 18 are not permitted by Scottish Law and therefore will be refused by Scotvapes. You must be 18 years old or older and have a credit/debit card to buy our products online. We will never sell products to minors and therefore we reserve the right to cancel any sales transaction when it is thought that the product is being bought for or on behalf of a minor. Under EU regulations called the Tobacco Products Directive, Scotvapes cannot sell products outside of the UK, this includes sending products to any other EU countries. Scotvapes reserves the right to withdraw its retail relationship with any customer, and will prohibit the use of the site should a breach of these terms and conditions take place.
Refunds & Returns
We offer a standard 14 days long distance refund as long as the item is in new condition and has not been opened. However, this excludes e-liquid due to Health and Hygiene Regulations.
We will accept faulty batteries up to 3 months, in line with Scottish laws.
Tanks and coils have a standard 48 hour dead on arrival policy. If you have a problem with your tank or coil please contact us immediately.

Shipping & Delivery
Our cut off time for same day dispatch is 3pm (GMT) Monday to Friday. This ensures all orders can be dispatched to Royal Mail on the same working day. Orders made after these times will be dispatched on the next working day, e.g. orders made on a Friday after 3pm will be dispatched on Monday. Please allow up to 12 days for your order to arrive. Any orders that do not arrive within these 12 days will be considered lost. Scotvapes cannot send items outside of the UK. Orders with an address outside of the UK will automatically be cancelled.
Scotvapes send online orders via the Royal Mail 1st Class service.
Customers will receive FREE DELIVERY service with orders when they spend over £40.

Product Descriptions
Our descriptions and pictures on the website are to be used as a guide only. We will always try to provide as much accurate information as possible. We will never try to deceive the customer by providing incorrect images, Scotvapes will not be held responsible for any minor differences. Scotvapes may also substitute any products ordered, and by accepting these terms and conditions you choose to accept any substituted item. You do have the right to refuse the substituted item within 2 days of receiving the item.
Jurisdiction
All contracts created with Scotvapes will be construed and governed in all respects of Scottish Law. Any disputes arising under and relating to our contracts will be the subject of the jurisdiction of the Courts in Scotland where Scotvapes and the customer hereby submit.
Liability
Scotvapes, to the extent allowed by Scottish Law, will not be held liable or responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential damage or loss arising out of products sold by Scotvapes through any of our stores or other the referred to items in these circumstances:
1. For losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made.
2. For losses that were not caused by any breach on the part of Scotvapes and their suppliers for business losses and/or losses to non-consumers.
Payment
All payments must be paid prior to the shipment of any items purchased. All payments must be payed within 14 days from the date of invoicing. Scotvapes therefore has the right to withhold products and suspend further deliveries until the debts have been resolved and paid. We accept all major credit and debit cards through via our VivaWallet gateway.
Prices
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. These prices can be changed and Scotvapes reserves the right to amend prices without prior notice at any time. These amendments will only ever be made prior to an order or contact with Scotvapes. Any tax or duty that needs to be paid will be charged at the current rate at the time of dispatch. All delivery charges are additional.
Cancellations
The buyer should inspect all products immediately upon delivery. If there is any problem/damage or the product breaches our contract, then the Buyer needs to notify Scotvapes within 48 hours of delivery in writing. Failure to do so means the buyer has agreed to accept the product.
Privacy Policy
Scotvapes collects your data lawfully and in accordance to the Data Protection Act of 1998. This means we are fully committed to protecting your privacy and will never pass on your information to any third party without your consent. Any information provided to Scotvapes will be primarily used for marketing and advertising. We will never send any random emails to email addresses supplied to Scotvapes. We may use technology such as cookies to improve our customer services.
Quality
All goods are warranted on delivery to the customer to be of the nature, substance and quality invoiced and to conform to all aspects of the relevant statutory regulations.
Security
Paypal uses state of the art security and techniques, proprietary and unique to ensure that you are protected against any security risks.
Statutory Rights
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Time of Order
Orders received by Scotvapes before 3pm (GMT) during working days will normally be dispatched on the same working day. Working days are Mondays to Fridays except any public holidays.
Title to Goods
The property and title of all goods and products sold by Scotvapes will remain that of Scotvapes until full payment has been received. Upon receiving full payment, the property and title will pass onto the customer.
Marketing
By accepting these terms and conditions, you fully consent to Scotvapes contacting you with any marketing materials via email. You will be able to unsubscribe to any of these materials at any time.
